THE FOUR COHERENCE DOMAINS?
Healing requires alignment across all four domains. If even one remains out of sync, coherence cannot stabilize.
1) Meaning Coherence (Spiritual / Identity Frequency)
Meaning coherence refers to alignment between awareness and identity. Incoherence arises when the nervous system remains anchored to past experiences, fear-based identity, or unresolved emotional imprinting. When meaning coherence is restored, the body shifts from survival into safety.
2) Neural Coherence (Mental)
Neural coherence refers to the organization of thought, imagery, and attention. Incoherence occurs when repeated mental images reinforce outdated emotional and physiological patterns. Restoring neural coherence allows new neurological pathways to stabilize.
3) Emotional Coherence (Heart–Body Chemistry)
Emotions are biochemical signals that influence gene expression and nervous-system regulation. Emotional coherence occurs when heart rhythm, breath, and emotion operate in synchrony rather than being dominated by stress chemistry.
4) Somatic Coherence (Physical & Energy Systems)
The body stores memory. Organs, tissues, nerve plexuses, and energy centers can retain long-standing patterns of dysregulation. Somatic coherence restores communication between these regions and the coherent field created through meditation.
