WHAT IS COHERENCE?
Coherence is the state in which the brain, heart, nervous system, and body operate in synchronized rhythm.
When communication between these systems is clear and harmonious, the body functions optimally. When communication becomes fragmented — through prolonged stress, trauma, loss, or emotional overload — incoherence develops, and symptoms may appear.
The Big Four Coherence Process helps identify where coherence has weakened and gently restores communication through focused awareness and meditation-based integration.
